Chinese medicine is one of the longest lasting traditional treatments around, and it can work miracles. Western medicine is certainly more popular in America than Chinese medicine is, but both have value. Sometimes it is easier to relieve stress in our bodies than to head to the doctor’s office and take tons of medication. If you want to try a little alternative healing, these pressure points are a great place to start.
