According to American writer, Susan Cain, The natural thought process employed by extroverts is simply different than that of introverts. Extroverts naturally think aloud whereas introverts are more introspective and therefore think to themselves.

Introverts are more creative because they listen more and they are more open to new ideas while extroverts are more effective in influencing group dynamics. Let me clarify this by the words of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs, as he writes in his memoir, “Artists work best alone where they can control an invention’s design without a lot of other people designing it for marketing or some other committee. I don’t believe anything really revolutionary has been invented by committee.”
