Kids are seriously amazing.
Every day, they learn new things, make new friends, and (most likely) inspire new rules to be made.
Ya gotta love ’em.
But…you don’t have to be impressed by everything they do.
Because let’s face it: Sometimes, kids are pretty darn ridiculous. Here are 19 pictures that will show you what I mean by that.
What a coincidence!
Wow! Another kid named Titus!
Who’da thunk?!
That’s not fair!
Major props to the son for realizing he could pester his sister using nothing but his own two hands.
This opens up so many possibilities.
So close.
Ah, yes.
President Getty Images. My favorite of the presidents.
Maybe a little bit of both…
On the plus side, now you have a new bowl!
This next picture is too adorable.
Say cheese!
Oh, to be young again.
In their defense, it sure does look like a camera!

On the one hand, you might feel a little bad for scaring your kid.
On the other hand, he’ll probably eat his dinner every night from now on.
That look of resignation.
The best part of this photo is probably the dad’s face.
He knows his kid is perfectly safe and about to be rescued, which means he’s free to be amused by the situation.
She asked for one of the apples her mom was cooking with.
It was an onion.
But rather than admit she didn’t like the “apple,” she powered through it.
I don’t know whether to laugh or applaud, so I’m gonna go ahead and do both.
Cutting your own hair?
What could go wrong? Also, why does every single child do this at some point in their lives?
This next child has some big plans for when he grows up.
Dollars and nonsense.
Maybe we should consider measuring weight in dollars instead of pounds!
I’m not sure we should try to turn people into firetrucks, though.
Shopping list for everything.
Should I be concerned or impressed?
Maybe a little bit of both.
Soon to be a major motion picture:
I would read the heck outta these books!
I hear the sequel is even better than the original.
Looks fine to me.
Did you specify that they needed to feed the cat, cat food?
‘Cause if not, I don’t see anything wrong here.
Watch out!
In moments like these, you have the opportunity as a parent to either calm your child down and explain their shadow is nothing to be afraid of, or film their freak out.
I trust you’ll make the right decision.
This next picture might be my favorite one of all.
I know that look.
He may not speak in full sentences yet, but that look says it all.
“I’ve made a huge mistake.”
You had the whole couch.
But you chose to nap on the edge of a cushion?
Yeah. Kids are weird.
What’s your favorite shape?
This kid is clearly going places.
Probably not to college. But definitely places.
“No news is the craziest thing ever.”
What’s your favorite?
Mine is, “You can’t teach an old dog ’cause he can’t hear.”
